I have years of experience in enterprise design thinking, from leading workshops to working with product teams. I practice IBM Design’s “loop”, a continuous cycle of observing, reflecting, and making.

I partner closely with my UX colleagues through out the design process to promote an open and trusting environment, consistency, and re-use. I also work closely with offering managers and developers to foster a shared vision and investment to help our clients. Everyone gets a seat at the table.
I’m agile.
I work with international colleagues spread across the globe to design and deliver software products in quick and iterative sprints. I’m involved in sprint planning, scrums, and playbacks to stakeholders.
