Touchpoint is an add-on solution to IBM Connections that provides a guided, interactive experience for organizations to drive early user engagement. Organizations can tailor Touchpoint to their specific use cases, which covers experiences like on boarding new users, recommending community and network connections, and polling. By promoting early engagement, users gain personal value out of their social business platform.
A colleague of mine did the upfront investigation and design work and I came in at the build phase when she left IBM. I took my colleague’s Sketch file and updated it to create a responsive design. I worked closely with the Development team to push the design forward and get it ready for general availability.
